dinner

It's what's for dinner.

And all over the counters.

And the floor.

And the kid.

But it sure is yummy.

  3. It's kitchen sink couscous. Prepare the couscous according to the directions. Be sure to add in some butter and plenty of extra virgin olive oil. I chopped up some heirloom tomatoes and threw in handfuls of mint and italian parsley, topped off with mozzarella pearls, pine nuts and balsalmic vinegar. Fennel is good for the crunch. Oh - dried cherries are a yummy addition too!
